By creating a Snimbl account, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English and exist to protect both you and our community.
Snimbl is operated by Egurus Pty Ltd (trading as Snimbl), registered in Victoria, Australia. These Terms govern your use of the Snimbl mobile application and any related services.

You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal from Snimbl.
Snimbl is a platonic friendship app. It is not a dating app, a networking platform, a hook-up app, or a social media feed. Using Snimbl for romantic solicitation, sexual content, commercial promotion, or any purpose other than genuine platonic friendship is a violation of these Terms.
You agree to use Snimbl honestly, kindly, and in the spirit of genuine friendship. In particular, you agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice or refund.
You own the content you post on Snimbl (your profile, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant Egurus Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Snimbl.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything you would not be comfortable with us or other members seeing.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without notice.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device, or via Stripe if purchased through our website. Payment is charged at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store subscription settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Snimbl Plus features until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. For web-based purchases, contact us at support@snimbl.com within 14 days of purchase. We offer refunds at our discretion for genuine cases.
The free tier of Snimbl is supported by advertising through Meta Audience Network. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads. Snimbl Plus subscribers will never see ads.
We take the safety of our community seriously. However, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of every member. When meeting someone in person for the first time, we strongly recommend:

The Snimbl name, logo, app design, matching algorithm, and all other intellectual property are owned by Egurus Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Snimbl without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Egurus Pty Ltd is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice or refund.
Upon termination, your profile and messages will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Snimbl after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
